The Buyer will receive a certificate of authenticity and the purchase will be registered with Jake Gill and on the Etherium Blockchain. The NFT is eligible for resale. The saleable transaction must be conducted through Jake Gill and or the blockchain at a price above the last sold NFT at $10000 USD. Jake Gill will receive a ten percent commission fee per sale from the Seller and future sales. A new Certificate will be issued at every sale.
